Since updating my picture to the blog last weekend, I have been shocked by the number of emails I've received regarding the makeup and hair products I use!  Seeing as this is an interior decorating blog, not to mention the fact that I am the farthest thing from a beauty expert, I've been a bit apprehensive about writing about these topics, HOWEVER, I love reading about other bloggers favorites and since many of you asked, here goes! 

While I never leave the house without under eye concealer (thank you, Greek and Italian genes for that one!), my makeup routine is fairly simple, in that I don't really wear much.  My mother always said the trick to wearing makeup is to make it look like you're not wearing any at all, so a few swipes of mascara, a little kohl eye liner for the inside of the bottom of my lids and a few swipes of bronzer goes a long way.  I am also obsessed with Carmex and have them EVERYWHERE!

The only time I ever wear anything more than bronzer on my skin is for special occasions or if we're going out and for that, I always use Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer.  Sephora sells a smaller version in my shade for half the price, but I'd gladly pay full price for how well it evens out my skintone and makes it glow.  Here are my favorite products:
