If you follow me on Pinterest, you know I love me an all-white kitchen and this amazing beauty in a home in Kennebunkport, Maine, has currently got me drooling all over my keyboard! With white glassfront cabinets, a blue beadboard ceiling, antique pendant lighting, soapstone countertops, a farmhouse sink, polished nickel hardware, subway tile and built-in, banquette seating this kitchen is just oozing New England charm. The blue and white striped runners add just the right dose of color and that butler’s pantry with its swinging door and brass porthole window….be still my heart!! Oh, and did I mention this is a VACATION HOME?

This is closely similar to our house, actually. What I love about the kitchen is the swinging door. I used to have a hard time preparing and transporting meals from the kitchen to the dining area because of our old door. Ever since we replaced that door with a swinging door, it became easier for me to carry plates from one room to the next.
