take me away: baker house 1650

The thing about planning vacations, at least for me, is that after so much time on Pinterest and Instagram, the digs you actually end up staying in usually fall a wee bit short of the luxurious, dream destinations you’ve been pinning and pining over!  The Baker House 1650 is a great example.  I stumbled upon the luxurious bed and breakfast in East Hampton over the weekend and was instantly smitten with the rustic-meets-refined interiors, but, truth be told, the immaculately curated and lush landscape design is what caught my attention first. Wisteria-covered pergolas, ginormous rhododendron-lined paths and grand old oak trees shading swimming pools, situated amongst some of the most gorgeous greenery are so charming –  the perfect spot for a little rest, relaxation and recharging your batteries:

    oh.my.god. This place is gorgeous!!! My vacations are always about goingoingoing, I would love to take a relaxing vacation here and never leave the grounds!
